Steve Martin

For Steve, technology is more than function, it’s a creative medium. Technology has always been his passion; he dissects and reimagines it, using digital experiences to tell stories and transform everyday spaces into canvases. With over 25 years in software development and IT consultancy, he rediscovered his creative side later in life when he became aware of his neurodiversity. Seeing the world differently to others around him fuels his vision and allows him to surprise, delight and inspire people by sharing that unique perspective. He finds revealing the unexpected and challenging convention, liberating, exciting & magical and is at the heart of all that he does.

Gareth Russell-Jones

Gareth has always been curious about how things work and how they could work better. That instinct has shaped a 25+ year career leading digital, data and experience transformation for large brands, helping teams untangle complexity and bring strategy to life in the real world.

He’s part strategist, part storyteller, and part accidental technologist, happiest when making the complicated feel simple, the abstract feel tangible, and the dry feel… well, a bit more interesting and fun! Whether sketching ideas, shaping a narrative, or working through a problem sideways, he brings energy, clarity, and just enough irreverence to keep things moving.
